Annual General Meeting Adjournement Notice

Following the Presidential Directive to scale down physical interaction in order to cope with the devastating effects of COVID – 19 that suspended public gatherings and meetings, the Capital Markets Authority has advised that listed companies that were scheduled to hold their Annual General Meetings (AGMs) in March, April and May 2020 to defer the meetings to a later date.

We regret to announce that the Annual General Meeting of the Company that had been scheduled for 25 March 2020 at 11:00 am at the Jasmine Room, Azure Hotel, Lantana Road, Westlands, Nairobi stands deferred and a notice advising a new date will be announced in due course.

Please note that all businesses as per agenda will be conducted at this meeting.
